Start Sailing 1 & 2

JB Sail Club is pleased to welcome you to our Adult  Learn 2 Sail program, where we keep numbers low.

 

Want to learn to sail?

Are there gaps in your sailing knowledge?

Start Sailing 1 & 2 will get you sailing confidently & is open to all ages.

 

This four day program from 10am to 4pm will include a variety of sailing activities that are focused on having fun and learning the basic sailing skills.

Times & dates may be altered to suit participants/instructors & to take advantage of the best weather conditions.

 

Please remember places are strictly limited to 4 people with a focus on instructor/sailor time.

To avoid disappointment, we recommend registering early.

Costs are dependent on number of participants

-$545 per person (2 ppl)

-$445 per person (3ppl)

-$395per person (4 ppl)

initial registration will be $545 & money will be refunded as appropriate for the number of participants.

Course fee's include 6 months membership in JBSC for non members (conditions apply)

Who should do this course?

This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a dinghy. All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.

Course Outcome

You will gain your Start Sailing 1 And Start Sailing 2 completion certificate. 

 

We recognise that some of our course participants are completing the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award and may be using sailing and/or club membership to complete one or more sections of The Award. To learn more, click here.
